Clothes

wear comfortable loose fitting clothes

ladies should wear a top with thin straps
Arrival

arrive 5 minutes before your appointment

if you arrive late, your treatment time will be shortened accordingly so the following client can have their treatment at the appointed time. The price of your treatment will not be adjusted.
Payment

Hair & Hygiene

shower in advance

best not to have your hair done or washed in advance

Cancellation

please give 24 hours notice of cancellation

late cancellations will be charged at 50% of the treatment you booked

'no shows' will be charged at 100% of the treatment you booked
